The Crawford-Dagmar was an American Automobile built in 1923. It was built by The Crawford Automobile Co. in Hagerstown. Brothers Robert and George Crawford organized The Crawford Automobile Co. in 1905. Mathias P. Moller took over the company in 1908 and built the Crawford up to 1923.
In 1923 Moller built the Crawford and Crawford-Dagmar automobiles and in 1922 Moller began production of the sporty Dagmar. The big Dagmar’s were built from 1922-1927.
Two Models of the Crawford-Dagmar were built only in 1923.
(1) 1923 4-5 passenger Crawford Dagmar 23-6-70 Series Sport Phaeton that sold for $3,500.00. Features included a 138 inch wheelbase, Continental six cylinder 6T L-head 263.2 cubic inch engine that developed 31.5 horsepower, Zenith carburetor, 3 speed transmission and shaft drive.
(2) 1923 5 passenger Crawford Dagmar 23-6-70 Series Sedan that sold for $4250.00. Features include a 138 inch wheelbase, Continental six cylinder 6T L-head 263.2 cubic inch engine that developed 31.5 horsepower, Zenith carburetor, 3 speed transmission and shaft drive.
