Production totals for the 1910 Ford Model T line included 16,890 Touring Cars and Tourabout, 1,486 Runabouts, 377 Towncars, 187 Coupes and only 2 Landaulets.
![]() 1910 Ford Model T Automobiles The 1910 Ford Model T was equipped with a L-head four cylinder with a displacement of 176.7 inches, compression ratio of 4.5:1 and developed 22 horsepower. A Kingston five ball Buffalo carburetor was used on all models.
![]() 1910 Ford Touring Car The 1910 Ford Tourabout was basically a Touring Car. It had two doors with the front compartment open. The wheelbase was 100 inches, tread was 56 inches and 30 inch wheel and tires were used on all models. Standard equipment for the open cars included a windshield, gas headlamps and a carbide generator, speedometers and top with side curtains. Combined production of the 1910 Model T Ford was 16,890. The 1911 Ford Model T followed the 1910 Fords.
